A Las Vegas judge is facing ethics violation charges following several “inappropriate” social media posts
Judge Erika Ballou recently posted a picture of her in a hot tub with two members of the public defenders’ office
She captioned it, “Robson is surrounded by great tits,” referring to the only man in the picture
In another post, Ballou wrote, “Life is STILL beautiful, despite the fact that Billie Eilish doesn’t start for 30 minutes and I have an 8:30 calendar tomorrow #VacatetheSh*tOuttaOutofCustodyCases”
The Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline charged Ballou with violating rules requiring judges to “avoid impropriety” and not to engage in actions that “undermine a judge's impartiality”
